I am sure this conference is a good venue for building a shared understanding of water related challenges and constraints facing the agriculture and fisheries sector in my country- Philippines. This will enable be to become more aggressive in pursuing integrated water resources management practices and initiatives in the areas of water use efficiency and watershed protection with the private sectors which I worked with being the Secretary-Coordinator of the Provincial Agricultural and Fisheries Council (PAFC)of North Cotabato.
