TGIF! Weekly Water News Summary, 28 July – 3 August 2012

Since it is now August, we in the Northern Hemisphere are experiencing the ‘dog days of summer’. Here in western Oregon we are about to get some temperatures in the 90s Fahrenheit (or low 30s Celsius).
So, following no particular logic, I thought I would feature a summer song by that underappreciated artist, New Yorker-turned-Louisianan Johnny Rivers: Summer Rain.
