Enjoying a few days in Cooperstown, NY, and a long-overdue visit to the Baseball Hall of Fame (and the source of the Susquehanna River) along with friends from my caddying days in New Hampshire and on Cape Cod – Frank Colvario, Fred Forte, Peter Walsh, Steve Costa, and Peter Xeller. The first four are originally and/or still from the Boston area, whereas Peter Xeller, whom I have known since third grade, hails from Long Island as do I.
As fate would have it, the Red Sox are playing the Yankees.
On Sunday I will head to Niagara Falls, Ontario, for the 39th Congress of the IAH. About 1,000 groundwater geeks will be there. Check out the program.
Back home on 22 September, classes start on 24 September.
