Denver Partnerships Empower Students to Improve City Water Quality

Denver Public Works’ pioneering educational program known as “Keep It Clean Neighborhood Environmental Trios”, or KIC-NET, incorporates their stormwater outreach goals as well as the goals of Denver Public Schools and Denver Parks and Recreation.
